Welcome back to school! Our 2012-13 school year is about to get under way as all students are arriving Tuesday August 28th. As your student returns home from his/her first day or two of school please be aware that they will bring with them many important forms that will need to be completed by a parent/guardian. The health office forms are extremely important and completion of them allows me to provide adequate and timely care to your student. Please take the time to complete the forms in their entirety and return them to the school as quickly as possible. I thank you ahead of time for your cooperation and look forward to another wonderful year with your students.
